This document sets out the terms and conditions upon which My Pocket Coach (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2018/048231/07) with its registered address at 66 Troon Road, Greenside, Randburg, Gauteng, 2193 (“EngagementFit”) has agreed to provide its services to you, as the Client. Your acceptance of any EngagementFit proposal and/or service indicates your explicit and/or tacit acceptance of the terms of engagement listed below, and any annexures attached hereto (“Terms”).
Definitions

Coach: An EngagementFit DRIVE accredited coach.

Coaching Needs Report: A document identifying the coaching needs of an individual based on their Role Match report.

Drive Assessment: The EngagementFit DRIVE assessment, a tool to identify an individual’s natural Drives and preferences in thinking, relating, and accomplishing tasks.

Employee: Any person employed by the Client’s organization.

Match Report: A report that matches an individual’s Drives to a specific role, identifying areas of match, mismatch, and gaps.

Role Mapping: A process on the EngagementFit Platform that maps required Drives to roles within an organization using the Role Mapping Survey.

Talent Navigation: A tool that helps the Client map roles within their organization and match individuals to roles in which they will naturally thrive.

Team DNA: A platform feature providing insights into team dynamics by analyzing members’ Drives and identifying gaps to inform recruitment, engagement, and collaboration strategies.

Engagement Tracker: A tool to measure and monitor employee engagement in real-time across areas like psychological safety, communication, clear goals, team support, meaningful work, growth, recognition, well-being, autonomy, and balance.

Payfast: The payment gateway facilitating transactions on the EngagementFit Platform, allowing for secure credit card payments and electronic fund transfers.

Platform: The EngagementFit Platform, accessible via the website and or mobile applications, offering services including Drive Assessments, Talent Navigation, Team DNA, and the Engagement Tracker.
Payment Terms
As consideration for the Services, the Client will pay to EngagementFit a fee for the Services, including all necessary disbursements or additional costs (“Fee”).

Payment Mechanism:

Payments will be made via our payment gateway – Payfast on the EngagementFit platform.

Payfast will securely process all payments and handle any applicable payment-related notifications.

Fee Components:

DRIVE Assessment Fee: Fees are charged per assessment and charged upon initiation via Payfast.

Platform Tools: Fees for platform tools are subscription-based (bi-annually or annually) and billed upfront. These fees renew automatically unless canceled by the Client.

Price Adjustments:

EngagementFit reserves the right to adjust its pricing for any services, subscriptions, or assessments. Any such price adjustments will be communicated to the Client with at least 30 days’ prior notice. The most current pricing will be available on the thrive.engagementfit.com platform, and the Client is responsible for reviewing the updated pricing before continuing to use the services.

Currency and Additional Costs:

All Fees are all based in USD and exclude any applicable taxes or transaction fees.

Prices displayed in other currencies may fluctuate with exchange rate conversions.

Any Payfast transaction or currency exchange fees will be the responsibility of the Client.
