Katrina holds an Honours Degree in Practical Theology from the University of the Free State and an M.Sc. in Dietetics from North-West University. She is a qualified Neuro-Coach and holds certification as an mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Technique) Coach, further deepening her understanding of how the mind, heart, and gut work together to influence decisions and behavior. Additionally, she utilizes tools such as the Gallup StrengthsFinder and DRIVE profiles to help individuals discover and harness their unique strengths, guiding them to live with greater clarity, purpose, and fulfillment.
