Gavin is a qualified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) having qualified in 2005, and a Specialist Strengths Coach. He has been involved in the fields of Strategic Intervention*, and Strengths Based Psychology for many years. Along with Dries Lombaard he has co-developed the EngagementFit DRIVE assessment and framework.
Gavin’s strengths lie in his ability to very quickly identify patterns in an individual’s behavior and then lead them strategically to positive change. He is passionate about helping teams and individuals break through limiting patterns, tap into their greatest strengths, and find meaning and purpose. He has been involved in training and coaching since 2005 and has since earned his credibility as a leader in his field. He creates an open and trusting environment where people feel safe to explore themselves and deal with potentially threatening issues in a positive and constructive way. His determination to help people overcome challenges and live a purpose-driven life is what drives him to achieve results.
